• Spraying the sheathing, rafters & trusses with our proprietary, water-based solution.

• Retraction of insulation from soffit vents as per Building Code requirements.

• Addition of roof vents when necessary (not for steel or overly-steep roofs).

​

• Sealing of attic access hatches with weather stripping and hook & eye fasteners (no carpentry work).

​

• Sealing of attic floor openings around pipes and vents with spray foam.

​

• Sealing of attic party wall gaps with fire-retardant spray foam.

​

• Limited insulation touch-up, levelling, bare patches (additional insulation provided by others).​​
